Meet Elizabeth McCormick, New Member of Ruan Living

Elizabeth joined the Ruan Living family in February, to help grow and expand the brand. She graduated from Clemson University in 2019 (go tigers!), and received her nursing degree from Jefferson in Philadelphia, PA. She is originally from Texas, and after moving up the East Coast now lives in NYC with her husband!
After working as a Labor & Delivery Nurse and completing her certification in holistic health coaching & integrative nutrition, she brings her talents and her passion for personal health & wellness to Ruan Living, to educate and empower others.
She became interested in nontoxic living and hormonal health after a personal health scare, which forced her to reflect on everything we use in, on, and around our bodies. Overwhelmed at the scope of information online, and unsure how to begin implementing these changes in her own life, she found solace in Ruan Living’s straightforward approach to detoxing the body & home.
She truly believes that change starts within yourself and your mindset — and these seemingly small habit tweaks can have a large positive impact over the course of your life. You can live a full, exciting, modern life while consciously protecting your body and family from the harmful chemicals that seem to be everywhere in our world today.
In her free time, you can find Elizabeth in yoga or barre class, or reading a good book outside.
