40-Day Home Detox™ — Application
You’ve arrived at the application. Sophia reads each one personally.
The application takes about 10–15 minutes. It asks about your situation, what brought you to the program, what you’d most like to discuss in your kickoff session, and your preferred September start day.
Cohort and timing
Applications for the September 2026 cohort close August 16, 2026 at 11:59pm EST.
If admitted, you select your own start day at any point in September 2026. The program begins when it fits your life, not when a cohort calendar dictates.
Spots are filled on a rolling basis.
What happens after you submit
You’ll hear back within 3–5 business days with one of the following:
- A request for a brief consultation call with Sophia to discuss whether the program is the right fit for your situation
- An acceptance with next steps for your September start
- If the program isn’t the right fit for you right now, a thoughtful note suggesting where to start instead
Before you begin
One accountable person per application. The program is structured around one participant. The household benefits from the work that person does.
If you’re applying on behalf of someone else—an adult daughter, an aging parent, a partner navigating a diagnosis—the form invites you to describe that.
The Ultimate Home Detox™ Kit ships before your selected start day.
If the program’s investment requires alternative arrangements—whether for timing, affordability, or other circumstances—the form allows you to propose what would work for you.
