We'll be talking diet, beauty, and whatever the audience asks about: everything from what to look for on nutrition labels, how to cook cleanly in the kitchen, and how to make sure your beauty products and skincare routines are safe.

Join us to sample some of our favorite brands in wellness and dinner by Fields Good Chicken. Every attendee will leave with a swag bag filled with snacks and health products.

Panel Speakers

Abby K. Cannon is an attorney turned dietitian who lives a very low waste lifestyle. She is an expert in nutrition and sustainability and applies her knowledge to live a healthy, non-toxic life. Abby aims to make a low waste lifestyle more approachable and loves to showcase how she makes this lifestyle work in today's world. The best part of reducing waste is that it naturally leads to the healthiest food choices without having to focus so much on the food. When we remove toxic foods, products and packaging from our lives, we can fill up on the most nutrient dense foods from a place of abundance.

Nathalie Rhone is a Registered Dietitian with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cornell University and a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. Nathalie is the founder of Nutrition by Nathalie LLC, a private nutrition practice in New York City focusing on health and wellness using an integrative approach, and All Good Eats, a social media health and wellness brand focusing on healthy, practical recipes and leading a clean, holistic lifestyle. When she isn’t working with her clients or on media projects, you can find Nathalie working out, experimenting with new recipes in the All Good Eats Kitchen, or traveling with her husband and mini-aussie, Brady. She will share some of her favorite detoxing ingredients and cleansing recipes too!

Sophia Ruan Gushée is a sought-after nontoxic lifestyle expert or “healthy home guru."
