Dr. Devra Davis, PhD, MPH

Dr. Devra Davis, PhD, MPH is an award-winning, internationally renowned American scientist (epidemiologist) and writer. Founding director of the Board on Environmental Studies and Toxicology of the U.S. National Research Council, National Academy of Sciences, Dr. Davis founded EHT to raise awareness on the proven impacts of cell phone use on public health. She also continues to strengthen policies and pursue cutting edge research on the potential impacts of cell phone and other wireless radiation exposures.

Dr. Davis’ is also author of several popular books: 


Theodora Scarato

Theodora Scarato is lead policy analyst and researcher for the EHT database on international actions, which is self-described as the most comprehensive collection of information on policy actions on cell phones and wireless. 

Ms. Scarato has co-founded several organizations both locally and nationally that address environmental health and safety concerns. She is a practicing clinical psychotherapist, with special focus on children and adolescents including special education therapy program in Montgomery County Schools and working a psychotherapist at an ADHD clinic. Her research includes not only the effects from radiation exposures but also the social emotional effects of technology overuse.
