Since I never found that resource from a holistic, informed perspective, I was inspired to create this section. Baking soda helps with many cleaning and personal care needs. With laundry, I add it to the washing machine for extra cleaning and deodorizing. In the refrigerator, it helps minimize odors. And with baths, it helps detox. It receives an 'A' rating from the Environmental Working Group for its risk to human and environmental health.
Ideally, "food grade" hydrogen peroxide should be "cleaner" of chemicals because "food grade" should be free of chemicals used as stabilizers. However, 3% hydrogen peroxide (like in the example in the image above) is often easier to find in your local grocery store or pharmacy.

I use this to clean surface areas. Be careful on natural woods, and avoid on natural stone (like marble).
I use essential oils for cleaning, healing, and self care. Lemon oil and fractionated coconut oil are great for cleaning / polishing / moisturizing wood surfaces. A drop of lemon oil in warm water is great first thing in the morning. Lavender and peppermint oils are also great for cleaning, and for soothing mosquito bites. Lavender soothes various skin issues. I also add peppermint oil into smoothies.
The HEPA filter captures more fine particles, thereby reducing what you and your family will inhale.
This has replaced my iron and has been a convenient way to quickly freshen clothes.

Replace nonstick pots and pans with cast iron ones. I love the multiple uses of this set. The skillet can be used as a lid.
This is very helpful when I have large quantities of food in my wok, like after I add Israeli couscous into my stir-fried vegetables.
While I wish the plastic canister was made of glass and that the blades weren't reported by some to have PFCs, I still find this appliance essential for making smoothies, sauces, and smoothies.
