My homes are cleaned with a handful of ingredients that have a long track record of relatively little controversy.
I use this to clean dishes, hands, and surface areas at home (like kitchen countertops).

Baking soda has helps with many cleaning and personal care needs. With laundry, I add it to the washing machine for extra cleaning and deodorizing. In the refrigerator, it helps minimize odors. And with baths, it helps detox.
I use essential oils for cleaning, healing, and self care. Lemon oil and fractionated coconut oil are great for cleaning / polishing / moisturizing wood surfaces. A drop of lemon oil in warm water is great first thing in the morning. Lavender and peppermint oils are also great for cleaning, and for soothing mosquito bites. Lavender soothes various skin issues. I also add peppermint oil into smoothies.
This has replaced my iron and has been a convenient way to quickly freshen clothes.
